Farm Billy

In 2019 we happened to stumble upon Ferme de Billy. This fall, we made it a point to visit because we loved their cider so much. In a rare moment of planning, I booked a table for their Saturday brunch assuming it would match the quality of their cider. We were blown away. My husband and I are both American and regularly do brunch. It's our favorite meal. Brunch at Ferme de Billy is the best brunch we've ever had. It's not just brunch, it's a wedding spread fit for royalty meets a bar mitzvah meets French cuisine. There are ROOMS laden with steaming food from pancakes to salmon to mushrooms to bacon to flan. There's an entire room dedicated to dessert alone. I'm not even sure Ferme de Billy knows how spectacular their brunch is! You won't just enjoy the food, you'll luxuriate in the space. It's as if Joanna Gaines had a French twin; Magnolia meets France. A friendly farm cat roams the building, hoping you'll fall for their adoring eye trap, coffee bean bags adorn the ceiling, lush velvet chairs dot the main room, and even the bathrooms are inviting. It kills me that I don't live in France so I can go to brunch at Ferme de Billy every weekend.I think I'd discover a new food each time. When reservations for brunch open up, jump like you've been struck by lightning and book a table. You won't regret it.

Stumbled upon Ferme de Billy and stopped in for brunch, and this was one of the best meals of our trip. An extensive and diverse selection of food—all incredible. My French is terrible, and the hostess was kind enough to get one of the owners, Guillaume, who spoke English to help us. We were visiting from Houston TX and Guillaume and I connected over our shared experience with Austin East Cider. In addition to brunch we tried apple juice, cider, and calvados. All were phenomenal and had a depth of flavor that is simply missing in the US. We sincerely look forward to returning on our next trip!

We came here not for the brunch but for the Calvados tasting. There were several groups having brunch so they were quite busy. The tasting was good, 25 years Calvados is great, the Pommeau is also pretty good. The place is big and nicely arranged. They also have tables outside for the sunny days. The only weak point was the Calvados bottles are not sealed, we even saw a couple of bottles that the cap popped up.

Brought here for my birthday.This place is the best food I have eaten in Normandy And we live here. Brunch Buffet menu. Food is incredible,Restaurant is incredible, incredible cider and staff. The price of it was really really cheap for the quaility of food. Can't recommend it enough. It has ruined my evening because I know whatever I order tonight will only be a disappointment after Farm Billy. 6 stars!
